OverEating


Norm of eating even when one is not hungry is a very common trend in the western world. There is what we term "Bad eating habit" that one has to eat at every interval. People like that can never be full because they eat little at a time over a long period of time. This is one of the leading factors of obesity or weight gain .The little foods that we consider normal do the more harm than good.  These takes us to two important notions. ( Emotional Eating and Physical Eating). You need to know the difference between these. Find out in my next update.
