Emotional Hunger and Physical hunger

Emotional hunger can be termed as the consumption of large quantities of food in response to feelings instead of physical hunger. Experts have estimated that 75% of overeating is caused by emotions. Food does more than fill our stomach it also satisfies feeling. But when you satisfy those feelings with nice food when your stomach is not growling or complaining and you are not feeling any sign of real hunger *PHYSICAL HUNGER* that's Emotional Hunger. This is one of the lead cause of Obesity.

How can you tell the difference Between Real Hunger and Emotional Hunger
-  Emotional hunger comes suddenly while physical hunger comes gradually.
-  Emotional hunger feels it needs to be satisfied instantly with the food you want  while physical hunger can wait. (Even me @drmandyy sometimes wait) But not everytime ooo.
-  Even when you are full, if you are eating to satisfy an emotional need, one is likely to continue eating While when you eat when hungry one is likely to stop when full.
-  Emotional eating can leave behind feelings of guilt; eating when you are physically hungry does not.
