Alarm Clock

You see so many people depend on alarm clock to get up early in the morning for work or school especially in cities of the world like Lagos, New York. Do you know that the use of alarm clocks causes disruption of the natural circadian rhythm. No wonder so many people are always tired at work because your body behaves poorer and increases risk of obesity. Researchers have discovered that alarm waking you up  is bad for your heart. It raises blood pressure and puts you in a full alert situation that is not good.

If you must wake up early then the adage that asserts " Early to bed, Early to rise" must be followed. These are good ways to maintain a good health.
