Signs of Protein Deficiency

Protein is an essential class of food which some people deprive themselves of unintentionally. Protein is as important as Carbohydrate that  people especially workers take in on a daily basis. One of proteins most critical function is keeping the blood sugar steady.  There are some signs that manifest when one is not taking in enough protein(deficiency of Protein) .                                                                                          . .  - Cravings for Sweet things : When one starts craving for sweets and one is never full its a warning sign of protein deficiency. Protein keeps the blood sugar level steady. So if one eats a strong carbohydrate meal in the morning, one gets energy fast,then after sometime energy begins to wane thats where the cravings come  in.                                                               -  The brain feels foggy : This is when one consistently feels that the brain is not working at its maximum level. A balanced blood sugar is important for staying focused. When one protein deprived and the glucose levels flunctuate, one can feel foggy.                                         - When your hair starts falling out( Ladies) : This is a sign of protein deficiency.                    .         - When one feels Weak : There are so many things that can make one weak and protein deficiency is one of them. Protein is an essential building block of the muscle.If it not enough, it affects the muscles and as a result one can feel weak and is unable to do the normal exercises one does regularly.                                                                                                   - Getting sick constantly : Protein is needed to build all the compounds in our immune system.
