Amazing Health EffectS of Cuddling
cuddling is a means of physical affection because it garners closeness, affection and increases happiness. Research has proved that Cuddling is more appealing than loading up Vitamin C. Why ?
- It strengthens Bonds : The closer you and your partner are while sleeping, the more likely you are to feel happy with your relationship.
- It makes you Happy : Do you know that touching someone releases Dopamine and Serotonin both of which boosts your mood and help curb depression,
-It makes you stress less : Now the moment you make skin to skin contact, your brain cells tell your adrenal gland to cut back on cortisol production which makes you feel less anxious.

Nadia Buari turns down a 75000 Dollars Endorsement deal
Nadia Buari the popular ghanian light skinned actress recently rejected a deal worth 75000 Dollars with the giant cosmetic giants Avante Claire Grand in Paris who wants her to be their brand ambassador for Africa. To my surprise, she did not sign the contract agreement on discovering that some of the active ingredients in the cosmetic contains hydroquinone a chemical used and known for bleaching and whitening of the skin due to the dangers and health implications. Am happy she stood her ground even when the coast was clear for her to sign and get 75000 dollars richer. Am sure other people or celebs won't think twice. I Love You Nadia for that. Dnt let Jim know oo. Avoid skin bleaching Be Proud of your colour either light or dark skinned. Source : Dailymail

Why do we Blink our eyes Always
We all blink. Now tell me who does not blink. No part of the body is useless. The average person
blinks s 15-20 times per minute frequently that our eyes are
closed for roughly 10% of our waking hours overall. Blinking is the rapid closing and opening of the eyelid. It is an essential function of the eye that helps spread tears across and remove irritants from the surface of the eyes shielding the eye from foreign bodies.
Blinking provides moisture to the eye by irrigation using tears secreting from the tear duct and a lubricant the eyes secrete. The eyelid provides suction across the eye from the tear duct to the entire eyeball to keep it from drying out.

Each blink is an interval of 2–10 seconds; actual rates vary by
individual averaging around 10 blinks per minute . However, do you ever wonder after reading a book or watching a long movie the eyes gets fatigued ? It is when the eyes are focused on an object for an extended
period of time, such as when reading, the rate of blinking reduces to 3 to 4 times per minute. This is the major reason that eyes dry
out and become fatigued when reading. Blinking is an essential activity. If you notice your rate of blinking is more than what is scientifically approved and you feel uncomfortable, Please visit an Eye Doctor today.
Things you never knew about your Eye Brows
People spend a lot of time grooming their Eye Brows because it beautifies the face. I doubt if some people know the importance of the eye brow.Personally i love grooming my Eye Brows. Those little hairs above our eyes play very important roles.
-The eye brow is designed to help us see because it acts like an umbrella preventing moisture hereby keeping our eyes dry from sweat or rain by diverting the flow of water.
- The average person has about 250 hairs per eyebrow averaging a lifespan of four months i.e it takes 4 months to fall out and new growth to fill in.
- Brows are voice controlled they signal emotion. As ones voice rises so do the eye brows and when one is shocked or excited, the eye brows move in a way that is symmetrical to each other.
- They are also vital in facial recognition. Looking at the eye brow is one of the factors that can tell where the person is from.
- Your brows say more than you know.

SLAPS AND THEIR MEANINGS
We have the" TAKE AWAY SLAP". When someone gives you a dirty slap, and
all you can do is hold your face and walkaway. That is take away slap. We have the "RESOUNDING SLAP" That is when after you are hit. You keep on hearing some funny sounds in your brain and voices in your head will start talking. "A FORMATTING SLAP "That is the slap that makes someone forget instantly what he or she was doing and you start asking questions"what did I do?"An "EXPLANATION SLAP" When someone gives you that kind of slap, you find yourself explaining the situation to the nearest person without thinking twice .Finally the "FIX DEPOSIT SLAP" When you receive this kind of slap all you will do is just stand right where you are and watch the person walk away. I personally experienced it. Which have you experienced?
